Your theme is your website blueprint. It details where everything on your site will go and how it will all be structured.
What will your standard font be? Will you have an image in your page headers? Will you have a menu at the bottom of your home page? All of these tiny details are handled by your design theme.
So What is the Best WordPress Theme for Realtors?
No question, my favorite real estate WordPress theme is WP Residence (<– that’s one of those affiliate links I mentioned 😉 ).

WP Residence won’t take forever to load, and it will look great no matter what device your clients and prospects use to view your site.

This is good but how do get started without paying much
Thanks for your comment, Adelaja. If the $59 cost of the WP Residence design theme is more than your current budget, you can choose from a few free WordPress design themes when you set up your site. But if there’s anyway you can find the money for a paid theme, you’ll be better off. The free themes lack real estate features you’ll need (like property pages for your listings, for example). And they don’t have the speed you need to rank highly in online search results.
I should also warn you that your design theme isn’t the only cost associated with a website. You’ll also need to pay for web hosting. This is a small monthly fee, usually around $7 (although you can use my Bluehost link to get under $4!). The problem is that almost all web hosts require payment for the full term upfront. So if you get a year of hosting at $7/month, you’ll pay $84 upfront. One more side note: I love Bluehost because they include a free domain name and a free security certificate. Both of those are required for your site to work properly, and some web hosts make you pay extra for those.
